Arrival & Dismissal Policy

SABIS^® Preschool Adma is protected by a comprehensive security plan. To ensure safety, children are released only to adults who have been authorized for pick-up by the parents. The authorization is in writing and includes picture identification. Anyone picking up a child must show proper identification before a child may be released.

A file of names, addresses, and phone numbers of all authorized persons in the case of an emergency is also kept. This file is based on information provided on enrolment forms. There is no limit to the number of persons authorized, but ID will be requested. Written notification to the Coordinator is required in the case of any change.

All information in the child's file is treated with the utmost confidentiality at all times.

Arrival

Our SABIS^® Preschool day starts at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. and can be extended until 3:30 p.m. from Monday till Friday. The daily routine followed in the preschool helps children feel at ease.

Dismissal

If, for any reason, you know you are going to be more than five minutes late, you are kindly requested to notify the coordinator. If any other person is coming to pick up your child, you will also need to inform the coordinator. Please note that the person you identify to pick up your child has to be a person mentioned on the “Dismissal Form” that you completed when registering your child.

Important Notice

No child will be released to any person other than his/her parent unless that person’s name and picture are included in the child’s dismissal form.
